Project Overview

The Bay Area Discovery Museum’s mission is to ignite and advance creative thinking for all children by emphasizing learning through play. Pacific Studio worked closely with the design firm, Olson Kundig, and the client to fabricate and install three new exhibit galleries: How It Works, Tot Spot, and Fab Lab.

The exhibits feature child-directed, open-ended, inquiry-driven learning through hands-on exhibitions with rich activities and risk-friendly challenges designed to ignite creativity, STEM skills and critical thinking.
