Project Overview
Pacific Studio fabricated and installed exhibits at the new Japanese American Museum of Oregon. The exhibits take visitors on a journey through time, from Portland to WWII American concentration camps and back to Portland.
Pacific Studio created casework to display the museum’s collection, replicas of ten-foot-high historic streetlamps, and historical vignettes that featured repurposed historic lumber from Minidoka provided by the National Park Service. Our team fabricated and installed unique interpretive graphics to convey the stories within the space and partnered with NGX Interactive to incorporate compelling media elements throughout the museum experience.
