Project Overview

Industry is one of the most important factors shaping a region’s development. Seattle’s Museum of History and Industry teamed with Pacific Studio to develop creative new ways to reimagine the story of Seattle. Exhibits span the region’s rich indigenous cultures through booms in gold, lumber, aerospace, and technology, and they engage visitors with their blend of past and present, historic artifacts, and the latest high-tech wizardry. Pacific Studio is proud to have played such a large part in helping MOHAI bring new life and excitement to its impressive collection through innovative design, museum-quality replicas, murals, conservation cases, interactives, and dioramas.

“For MOHAI, what we wanted was a team that could join us from the beginning and work with us. A company that could work with the exhibit design- as the content developed, as the building developed, and as the opportunities developed so that it became an integrated whole. After doing considerable research, we found that Pacific was ideally suited for the job.”
