Project Overview

On November 29, 1999, Congress authorized the development of the Minuteman Missile National Historic Site in Philip, South Dakota to preserve the last intact Minuteman II Missile site. A new visitor center was developed at the site to introduce visitors to the history of the Cold War, the role of the Minuteman Missile System, the life of missile crews, and the impact of the site on surrounding communities. In 2016, Pacific finished the fabrication and installation of exhibits which include an exterior bas relief sculpture, artifact cases, flip books, push button interactives, vignettes, replicas, and a variety of graphic treatments.
